Berceuse is the sound mixer built for a phone at night, with music under your sounds and downloads that play offline. myNoise and Noisli are respected mixers with loyal fans: myNoise for fine control, Noisli for focus at a desk. Here is how they compare.
We make Berceuse. We tried to be fair to myNoise and Noisli: every price and feature below comes from the myNoise App Store listing and Noisli's own pricing and help pages, checked in October 2026.
The short answer
For sleep on your phone, Berceuse is the better pick: sounds and music in one mixer, more than 900 sounds and music tracks, a baby library, offline downloads and Siri, for $39.99 a year after three days free. myNoise fits better if you want 10 sliders inside each sound, and Noisli if you want focus sounds in a browser at work.

Berceuse puts music under your sounds, on the phone by your bed
Sleep asks something different from a sound app. You want it on your phone. You want it to start fast in the dark, keep playing with the screen locked and still work when the Wi-Fi drops. Berceuse is built around that night.
- Music under your sounds. Layer up to 10 sounds on iPhone (6 on Android), each with its own volume slider. A playlist plays on its own channel underneath. Rain plays under piano at the volume you want, with no second app.
- A big library made for nights. As of September 2026, Berceuse has more than 900 sounds and music tracks, in 202 ready-made mixes and 106 playlists. That includes white, pink, brown, grey and velvet noise, about 20 kinds of rain, and more than 40 lo-fi playlists.
- Press play and you are done. Pick one of 202 ready-made mixes, or build your own and save it.
- Made for a locked phone. It plays in the background and with the screen locked. Lock-screen controls work on both platforms. On iPhone, a Live Activity shows on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island (iOS 16.2 or later).
- Plays all night, or fades out. Sounds loop until you stop them. Or pick a 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minute timer, and the sound fades over the last 30 seconds instead of stopping hard.
- Offline. Download mixes and playlists, and they play offline, for up to 30 days between subscription checks.
- Siri on iPhone. Say "Play rain on Berceuse" without opening the app (iOS 17 or later).
- A baby library. Womb sounds, heartbeat, shushing and 10 baby lullaby playlists.
What myNoise and Noisli do well
Both are respected tools, and each is very good at its own job.
- myNoise gives you fine control. It has more than 300 soundscape generators, each with 10 sliders, and you can stack up to 10 at once.
- myNoise is free on the web. In the app there are no ads and no subscription: Full Access is a one-time $19.99 and "All You Can Hear" is $14.99. The app plays offline and has a timer.
- Noisli makes focus simple at a desk. It is "intended for modern browsers on desktop and laptop". Open a tab, mix a few sounds and get to work.
- Noisli has a free plan. It gives you 16 sounds and 1.5 hours a day, with a mixer and a timer for a work session.
What Berceuse costs next to myNoise and Noisli
Berceuse costs $39.99 a year in the US, or $5.99 a month. Local prices vary. Noisli Pro is $10 a month billed yearly, which comes to $120 a year, so Berceuse costs about a third as much. Noisli's free plan stops after 1.5 hours a day, which is shorter than a night.
myNoise Full Access costs $19.99 once, which is less than one year of Berceuse. For the extra, Berceuse gives you music playlists in the same mixer, a baby library, 202 ready-made mixes, Siri on iPhone and a phone app built for the dark.
Berceuse starts with three days free. There is no free tier, but you can browse the whole library, hear 10-second previews and start building a mix before you pay. There are no ads and no tracking.

Search by name: everything with rain in it.

The mixer: each sound has its own volume, with music underneath.

Then choose the sounds.
Why we think Berceuse is the better choice for sleep on a phone
- Sounds and music in one mixer. You do not need a second app for piano, ambient or lo-fi.
- Built for the dark. Lock-screen controls, Siri on iPhone and a timer that fades out softly.
- Press play and you are done. 202 ready-made mixes if you do not want to build one.
- Works offline. Downloaded mixes play in the car, on a plane or in a room with bad Wi-Fi.
- No ads, no tracking. The app collects only your email, a user id and your purchase history, to run the app.
Who should still pick myNoise or Noisli
- Pick myNoise if you love to shape sound in detail. Ten sliders inside each sound go further than Berceuse's volume per layer. It also suits you if you want to pay once or listen free in a browser.
- Pick Noisli if your main use is focus at a computer. Its free plan covers a work session, and Pro is a fair price if you use it every day at your desk.
